Welcome to Pagi, operated by IdeationLab, LLC. By accessing this website or using the Pagi service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Pagi is

Pagi is an AI-powered personal intelligence service that aggregates your digital sources — email, messaging, calendars, files, and more — and delivers a unified morning briefing. The service includes classification, behavioral learning, task delegation, and related features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website and at least 18 years old to use the Pagi service. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

When you gain access to Pagi, you'll connect your personal accounts (email, calendar, etc.) via secure OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your access credentials or allow others to use your account.

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Pagi service, a specific launch date, or pricing. We onboard users in batches and will notify you by email when your spot opens. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@pagi.today.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pagi only for its intended purpose — personal productivity and information management. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract proprietary algorithms or methods
• Use the service to process data you don't have the right to access
• Interfere with the service's operation or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual property

The Pagi name, logo (✦), website design, interactive demo, written content, and underlying technology are the property of IdeationLab, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content in your connected accounts or the briefings generated from them.

7. AI-generated content

Pagi uses artificial intelligence to classify items, generate recommendations, draft replies, and execute delegated tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions before they are executed on your behalf — particularly replies, calendar changes, and delegated tasks.

8. Service availability

Pagi is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeationLab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pagi. This includes, but is not limited to, missed notifications, incorrect classifications, or actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdeationLab, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Pagi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pagi evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which IdeationLab, LLC is incorporated.
