Privacy Policy

Pagi is built by IdeationLab, LLC. We take your privacy seriously — it's core to everything we build. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

On this website (pagi.today):

• Email address — when you join the waitlist
• Persona selection — the "I am a..." field (e.g., Working Parent, CEO)
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may collect standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use any additional analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising technology.

In the Pagi product (when you gain access):

• Connected source data — emails, messages, calendar events, files, and other content from the sources you choose to connect. This data is processed to generate your briefing.
• Usage activity — which cards you act on, corrections you teach, and preferences you set. This is used solely to make Pagi smarter for you.
• Account credentials — OAuth tokens for connected services, stored encrypted. We never see or store your passwords.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data to anyone. Period.
• We never share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• We never train AI models on your personal data. Your briefings, corrections, and behavioral patterns are yours alone.
• We never access your connected accounts beyond what's needed to generate your briefing.

How we use your data

• Waitlist email — to notify you when your spot opens. That's it.
• Connected source data — to classify items, generate briefings, detect conflicts, and surface insights. Processed securely, stored encrypted.
• Usage activity — to learn your preferences and improve your briefings over time. This learning is per-user and never shared across users.
• Server logs — standard hosting logs may be used to monitor uptime and troubleshoot issues. We do not analyze individual visitor behavior.

Data storage & security

All data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted separately. We use HTTPS for all connections.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@pagi.today. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request. If you disconnect a source, we delete all data from that source within 7 days.

Third-party services

Pagi uses third-party AI services to process and classify your data. When your data is sent to these services, it is processed according to their enterprise data policies — meaning it is not used to train their models and is not retained beyond the processing request.

Cookies

This website is a static site hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and does not intentionally set any cookies. The hosting provider may set minimal technical cookies for content delivery. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie services.

Children's privacy

Pagi is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Pagi evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
